We are market leader in the field of designs in Holland, Belgium, Spain and the UK, producing and supplying Paschal wax reliefs (not candles!). In 2025 we have made more then 15.000 wax decorations for Paschal Candles! Also we have started cooperation with companies in the USA and Australia as a reseller for our products.

The logo of the Holy Year is available with text in Dutch and French. The logo is also without text designed, so you can use in in all countries.

Paschal candle Passiflora 2025
The first Spanish missionaries found a plant with a structure in the flower in which they read a deeper meaning.
The five sepals and the five petals were a reference to ten apostles, not counting Judas and Peter. The five stamens symbolized the wounds of Christ and the three styles of the pistil looked like the nails with which Christ was nailed to the cross. The double corolla, visible as a ring of pointed protrusions in the flower, referred to the crown of thorns.The tendrils with which the plant climbs looked like whips and the hand-shaped leaves were the grasping hands of the soldiers who gambled for His possessions.
The whole represented the death of Christ and so the plant was called passion flower, Passiflora in Latin.

Paschal candle Agnus Dei 2025
Classic cross model dark red with gold and underneath a Lamb of God with banner.
Jesus is referred to several times in the Bible as the lamb of God. John the Baptist says about Jesus: ‘Behold the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world’ (John 1:29). The term ‘the lamb’ is also used for Jesus in the Bible book Revelation (Revelation 5:6-7, 12).
This decoration has two bands around the candle and loose year numbers. Instead of this one band with year can also be chosen.

Paschal candle World Peace 2025
One of our designs for Paschal candles 2025, 3D wax relief with decal, very colorful, made completely by hand in the Netherlands.
With the current wars all over the world, there remains hope for peace. Our World Peace design supports that hope.

The Heart, Anchor, Cross symbol,
The Cross is a symbol of faith, the anchor is the symbol of hope and the heart is there for love/charity.

All wax ornaments are designed by Mrs Hella van der Zanden. We have a broad collection of designs, however, it is also possible to send your own design. If you have an idea that needs to be worked out, we can do that for you. Naturally, this is only possible when ordering larger quantities . If that is not the case we can still be of service to you with the existing designs.
Each year we create a restricted assortment of existing ornaments that come with a year band. Each ornament consists of coloured paraffin. In an ornament up to 6 (sometimes even 10) different colours can be used. In this way each ornament made is absolutely unique! The finishing touch is done with gold or silver paint.
